Working with Kurt Stallmann has been as transformative as the process by which bees transform pollen and nectar into life and honey. We presented two workshops supported by Rice’s Arts Initiatve program at Moody Center for the Arts and two performances in an evolving perfrormance-based collaboration. “The Chapel in the Hive” premiered on March 1 at the Yale Institute for Sacred Music and “The Fruit and the Work,” commissioned by the Shepherd School of Music for its 50th anniversary, on Oct 5, 2026.
